This month there are loads of albums coming out which I am really excited about so I thought I would tell you what's coming up.
Orbital - Wonky
This is there 8th studio Album and is set to be released on 2nd of April. The forth track on the album see's them collaborating with Zola Jesus called 'New France'. If you choose to get the Deluxe Edition there are 5 extra Live in Australia tracks.
Alabama Shakes - Boys & Girls
I really can't wait to hear this album, this band have been playing sell out tours all over America and Europe and this is still only there debut album. This album is set to be released on the 9th. This band is going to be doing a lot this year as there single 'Hold On', off there first E.P released in September last year has been all over radio 1.
Cancer Bats - Dead Set on Living
This Canadian hardcore punk band are releasing there fourth studio album. Its released on the 16th and is sure to be a lively one.
Santigold - Master of my Make-Believe
This is the second studio album for Santigold and is said to be a new wave, dub, reggae fusion and a bit of electronica to throw in. This is being released on Altanlic Records with two singles off the album being released off the album already, 'Go' was released in April last year and 'Big Mouth' in January this year. Her next single is 'Disparate Youth' which has also been remixed by the great '2 Bears', this can be found on the Deluxe Version which i personally think will be well worth getting.
Jack White - Blunderbuss
This is the first album for Jack by himself, Its coming out on his own record label Third Man Records. The whole album was written, recorded and produced by the madly talented Jack White. 'Love Interruption' was the first single off the album in January. The album is out on the 23rd along with Feeder, Santigold and Clock Opera.
Various Cruelties - Various Cruelties
The album I am most excited about this year. Out on the 30th this indie soul band are a four piece from London/Leeds are just embarking on there headline tour around the UK. The album will have the great singles 'Chemicals', 'Great Known', 'If It Wasn't For You' and there new single 'Neon Truth'. This band is set for big thing considering they have been round for so little and been played on all the top radio stations already. The album is out on the same date as the new Marina and The Diamonds album.
